STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BIBB NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE There will be sold on the first Tuesday in August, 2015, before the courthouse door in Peach County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Peach, and in the City of Fort Valley, being known as Lot 1, Block E, Oaklawn Subdivision and being more particularly described on a plat of survey recorded in Plat Record 1, Page 272, Clerk's Office, Superior Court, Peach County, Georgia. Reference to said plat and the record thereof is hereby made for a more complete description. Less and except a 20 foot strip on State HWY 7 described in Deed Book I-1, page 275. This is the same property described in Deed Book 340, Page 544 said Clerk's Office. This sale will be made under the Power of Sale contained in a deed to secure debt in favor of SunMark Community Bank, dated November 23, 2005 from Matthew Dennis, Jr. And Essie F. Dennis, recorded in Deed Book 340, Page 544, Clerk's Office, Peach County Superior Court. Said deed secures a note payable in monthly installments. Default has occurred in the payment, and the power of sale in said deed to secure debt has become operative. A copy of the notice of sale is being given to debtor as required by O.C.G.A. Section 44-14-162.2. The proceeds of said sale will be applied as provided in said deed. Said sale will also be made subject to all unpaid ad valorem taxes, liens and assessments, if any.
